My experience was awesome! Via chat I spoke with (name escapes me) customer service rep for an hour or so. He was very patient experienced and helpful in every way. My order was custom which made it a little tedious on my part. When my order arrived, very quickly I might add. It was in a cardboard tupe. no creases yay! I was in awe with the quality on the CANVAS. The image was ‘spot on’ like a painting. In fact my sister thought I painted it. The dimensions were perfect. I have plans for another order soon. I’m for real and not a paid spokesman. Lol

the experience was fantastic from beginning to end – from the customer service directly on your site, to actually delivery (which was much quicker than i expected), to the product itself. It took me forever to settle on our final choice but it’s up now and looks wonderful! I ordered a custom print from a photo, and they were able to take out the date which my camera added. without any trace of the numbers at all! I really expected it to be a shadow or something, but seriously, you can’t tell at all! GREAT WORK!

We offer free delivery for orders over £1,500. Below this rate, this item is sent by next working day courier for £19.95. Saturday delivery is £9.95 extra. This applies to all addresses in mainland Britain (excl. northern Scotland). For all other locations, just add items to your basket, and enter your postcode or country for a quote.
When ordering multiple items, we will typically make one delivery when all items are in stock (there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses).
If purchasing from outside the UK, please check the prohibited items lists for your country, as import restrictions and failed delivery fees may occur.
Returns
Should you choose to return your item, you simply need to notify us within 45 days of delivery.
Items can either be posted back to us (please consider insurance), alternatively we can arrange a collection from any address in mainland Britain for £34.95.
