Notes regarding online orders during this time.
Due to high-level order volumes and having to reduce the amount of staff allowed in the warehouse at any time, we have had to make some changes. We apologise for this, it’s not something we would usually do but our staff are struggling under customer requests and it slows our processes down.
Please note –

- No changes can be made to your order once confirmed. We can not add, remove or adjust your order.
- Please ensure the address is correct BEFORE you confirm your order. We are not responsible for address mistakes.
- Our same day dispatch is currently not running. Orders are taking between 1-4 days to be processed.
- Express orders do have priority but we CAN NOT guarantee they will be sent the same day
- If you have any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you send an email and be respectful. 99% of our amazing customers are very understanding but the staff do get abusive emails and phone calls. This is not ok, they are doing their best!
- Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our social team on Facebook and Instagram do not have access to the online order system and can not help you.
