Please note that for all other orders, we may need to replace stems so we can deliver the freshest bouquet possible, and we may have to use a different vase.

All jewelry is made by hand and most pieces will be ready to ship within 7–10 days at which time you will receive a notification of shipping. Depending on availability, the release of an order could be upon receipt of payment. One-of-a-kind and custom orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete so please be patient. It will be worth the wait! - WHAT IF I WANT TO GET A CUSTOM PIECE MADE?
I would love to create something bespoke for you and there will be many details to go over so please send me an email outlining what you have in mind and we can discuss. Please be sure to include a budget as these pieces are often much pricier than jewelry within my existing collections. - WHAT IF I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Because every stone is unique you may not be able to get the exact look as something which has sold but the style can most certainly be replicated so send me an email and I will be able to show you alternative stones to choose from and other possibilities and hopefully you can fall in love again. Sometimes it is just not possible to replicate a design so stay in touch to make sure you won’t miss out on anything! - HOW DOES MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?
All local orders will be delivered by hand; and at no additional charge as soon as your jewelry is ready!
Presently there are two shipping methods available to ship internationally (to the United States or Canada) which you can chose upon checkout. For other international orders, please contact us for a shipping price prior to placing your order.
1. USPS via International Data Express or DHL Express with an estimated cost of $45 includes tracking information and insurance. You should receive your package within 3-5 business days.
2. FedEx with an estimated cost of $70 includes tracking information, insurance up to $1,000 and 2nd day delivery. Once your order is placed you will receive the shipping quote.
Please note that any import duties which may be incurred are not included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the buyer. - CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
I want you to be thrilled with your Airy Heights Design jewelry and will accept a return within 14 days from the ship date on collection items, excluding earrings and custom orders. Send me an email indicating the reason you wish to return it and mail the package back via USPS. Items must be returned in a timely manner as specified; otherwise they are not subject to refund. Airy Heights Design is not responsible for damaged or goods lost in transit. - HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
You can brighten up your 14K gold pieces by gently washing them with mild soap and warm water and then drying with a soft cloth. For Sterling pieces I use an eco-friendly treatment of hot water, baking soda and aluminum foil which will restore the shine and sparkle. Commercially available products such as Tarn-x and SilverDip are great options too. - PRIVACY POLICY
