How do I produce light purple paint?

Light Purple Paint

This is at least 1oz of Light Purple acrylic paint. We show how to apply paint to a smooth surface in the painting instructions. Each bottle comes with a quality paint brush to apply the paint and square of sandpaper so the paint will stick to smooth surfaces.

Quality paint has a lot more pigment, the color does not fade, and the paint does not peal off in a sheet.

Please note!? To bring you high quality paint and a good quality brush and do it all at this price, sometimes we purchase a large bottle of very?expensive paint and repackage it into 1oz bottles.?

We only buy AP certified?paint – paint that that is tested an certified safe for people of all ages.

It is the government’s position that even though we purchase AP certified paint, we must then pay to have the repackaged paint tested if we want to claim it is intended for children’s products. That is very, very expensive!

To be clear, this paint was AP certified safe for people of all ages when we purchased it. If this paint is repackaged from a larger bottle of safe-for-children paint, we are not allowed to claim that this paint can or should be used on children’s products. Therefore, we do not say what this paint should be used for, or on.

Confused?? Yes, we are too. But that is our government ‘helping’ us.

Quality paint is worth it!

Usage

Properly prepared durable texture or plain interior ceiling surfaces including previously painted and properly primed plaster, wallboard, sheetrock and acoustical tile. See surface preparation for “blown-on” soft-fibered ceiling surfaces.

Prep

Thoroughly clean the surface and allow to dry. Remove wallpaper and loose, peeling paint. Remove gloss from shiny surfaces. Patch cracks and spot prime. Use Valspar Bonding Primer Sealer to seal waterstained areas or stains from smoking.

Application

Stir paint thoroughly. Intermix containers to ensure uniform color. Apply with a premium-quality roller, polyester brush or airless sprayer. Paint the ceiling, rolling from dry area into wet area using firm, crisscross strokes. Finish with long, even strokes in one direction. At first, the paint will be a light purple color allowing you to see where you have painted. The purple will disappear as the paint dries, being replaced by the customary white color.
