How to paint a rose in oil

Red Rose Flower Oil on Canvas, Oil Painting, Water Drops on a Leaf, Realistic Painting, Beautiful Flower, Red, Gift to Your Beloved Painting

The painting “Red Rose” is the first in a series of interior paintings with flowers and so far the only one. The picture was painted this spring. It is not very large, only 14×14 inches (35x35cm). A red rose with iridescent water drops. The opened flower bud is so beautiful. It beckons us with its fragrance. The dew drops on the petals add freshness to the whole picture. The brightness of the red flower is highlighted by the green background. There is nothing more beautiful than a rose in nature. Spring still did not come, and I planned a series of works with roses. I sat down with great pleasure to paint this bright red rose. Since the format is not very large, I wrote it in three weeks. The rest of the work in this series is still waiting in the wings. The rose will appeal to a bright, charismatic woman, both for a holiday and just to lift the mood. After paying for the goods, I will receive a letter by mail. Since we have different time zones, I can only answer you in 12 hours. Don’t worry, as soon as I see the message and payment, I will write to you. I need up to 5 days to complete customs documents. Then I will pack the painting as safely as possible for transportation. So that during transportation, nothing happened to her, and she flew to you whole. If something happens, then I will fully refund your money. As soon as the painting is packed, I will send it by courier service and send you a tracking number. And you can use it to track how the parcel flies to you.

My name is Daria, and I have been drawing for as long as I can remember, and I cannot imagine myself without it. My path to becoming an artist was not fast. For the first time I sat down at an easel at the age of eight in the house of culture of a village in the taiga. Then the inspiring St. Petersburg, in which I felt like a little princess. Every day, when I came home from school, I drew something. And dad offered to go to art school. After five years of art school, there was a year of preparatory courses. An attempt to enter an architectural institute turned out to be a failure, and I entered the art department of the pedagogical university. And it was mine: paintings, portraits in oil, the creative atmosphere in the studio, the smell of paint. Even in my first year of studies, I began to attend sessions of nature, which were organized by fellow artists who had long since abandoned the art institutions of the city. As a result, I was the youngest there, and one of these colleagues later taught at my art school. Some of my classmates already from the second year went to work as a teacher in an art school, and I was more puzzled by the search for knowledge and the opportunity to draw even more. And when studying at the institute was not enough for me, I also entered the art school. True, I studied, I was there for a little more than six months, but not because I was expelled. By the will of fate or something else, I ended up studying in the workshop of an honored artist (there were only three such lucky ones). He taught us how to stretch and prime canvases, cook oil, write large copies and sketches from photos. I learned a lot about oil painting in this workshop. I now use all this knowledge in my paintings and portraits.
