15 Great Floral Pyrography Patterns To Try Right Now!

Floral pyrography patterns can be some of the most interesting projects to work with at any expertise level. When it comes to designs, feminine, delicate designs have always been consistently popular for any medium. The same is true for pyrography, undoubtedly.

Simple designs are always helpful for practice for beginners among all the floral patterns available. You could also pick more detailed ones to slowly add details to develop your skills. There are also some intricate and complicated patterns to try your hand at as you gain more confidence in burning.

If you are inching towards floral designs but undecided on where to start, look no further. Here’s a list you can always turn to.

How to get the patterns

You can print out the designs and transfer them in two ways.

Tracing

Place a sheet of graphite/carbon paper directly on top of your workpiece (piece of wood or some other medium)

Place the printed pattern on top and trace firmly over the design so it transfers to your workpiece.

Using stencils

Cut out the pattern to form a stencil and trace it directly on the surface. Refer to our post about other ways to make stencils! You can purchase the stencils from any brick and mortar shop or from online shops.

If you’re more confident in your drawing skills, you can also try freehand drawing right onto the medium. It might yield a unique idea!
