Next, begin to draw the scary shaped eyes. They should have the detailing to make them more intense so add the creases where you see them here, on your drawing as well.

Are these iron-on patches or shirts?

These are NOT physical products. All designs are digital embroidery files. You MUST have an embroidery machine to stitch out the applique/embroidery designs.

May I use your products for commercial purposes?

A Standard License allows the design to appear in up to 200 end products for sale. If the design will appear in more than 200 end products for sale, an Extended License should be purchased. Please contact me at [email protected] for more information.

May I use your pictures for my business?

I do NOT allow use of any stitch out photos. You may use the watermarked, “empty” design photo that comes with each download. If for some reason you don’t find the photo in your download, please let me know.

What file formats do you offer?

We offer BX, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, and XXX formats for embroidery machines. Please check your machine for compatibility.

Can you digitize custom designs?

At this time, I do not offer custom design digitizing. If you have a design you’d like to see offered on the website, please let me know. While I have a long list of designs waiting to be digitized, I will consider adding other ideas.

Can I resize your designs?

Resizing is not recommended for any digitized applique/embroidery design. Resizing will affect the stitch quality of designs. I cannot guarantee the quality of a stitch out if any modifications have been made to the design. Sketch designs will most definitely be affected by resizing and WILL NOT stitch well. At this time, I do not offer resizing.

I’ve downloaded the PES files, but they aren’t opening in my software. What can I do?

If you’ve downloaded the PES files and find they aren’t opening in your software, it means the files are a newer PES version. Try using the DST files instead. Your Brother software and embroidery machine will read the DST files. You must import the files rather than simply opening the files.

How do I use the BX format for fonts?

The Embrilliance software uses the BX format. You can download the free version of the software and drag/drop your BX files into the program. Then, magically, you can simply type in your letters and voila!

Why didn’t my design come with the font or the box pictured in the stitch-out picture?

Fonts are never included with design files. However, most fonts used in the stitch-out pictures can be found on the website. If the unstitched picture of the design does not include a box, the design files do not include a box. You can find the boxes here. https://hugabugapplique.com/downloads/category/dollar-designs/

May I create clipart or cut files from designs I’ve purchased?

You MAY NOT use any design you find in my store to create any form of printable art or cuttable design.

Step 3.

This is the last part of the face you will draw and that is the mouth. Almost like a Jack-o-lantern mouth, draw the points both low and high and add some curve to the cut.

Step 4.

Finish things up by drawing the marking line so you get that signature look of the famous Candy Corn. If you made mistakes just erase them.

Step 5.

Here is the line art folks. Color in the art and show people the scary candy Corn you just made for Halloween.
