Acrylic paintings inspired by the changing seasons

Changing Seasons Painting

Inspired by the changing of seasons from spring to fall. The warmer sun to a cooler weather where the leaves began to turn and colors of flowers began to dull, but the brightness is still there. It is a moment of refreshment when the crisp air creeps in. It reminds me of my morning walks when everything is quiet. I hear the subtle sound of crickets and the song birds waking up. I think of the cool streams near by that I visited during the summer. This place is a thought that I can escape to when overwhelmed. A place of solitude. “Sometimes you can find peace of mind by transferring yourself to different situations. They’re just reminders to stay . calm.” – Yves Behar This lovely large abstract botanical piece adds a beautiful compliment to your home. It is a 48×48 acrylic on 1.5 inch gallery wrapped canvas. The sides are painted a very soft grayish color that adds a extra calmness to the piece. Archival gloss finish, wired & ready to hang, signed front & back, ships flat in a box with insurance and tracking, art care instructions, & certificate of authenticity. Are you ready to make this original piece you own? All my painting are professional grade and are made using only the highest quality materials. Canvas is gallery wrapped with the staples located on the back & sides painted. It is wired and ready to hang. I am a self-taught abstract artist inspired by nature, soft music, and life experiences which allows my art to be guided by feelings or moments in every stroke. It is a moment for me to pause, slow down, replenish, and relax. I have a habit of looking up at the beautiful skies on my morning or evening walks pondering how subtle & calm it is. I tend to go into deep thought about the wind blowing through the trees, streams of water running over rocks, the rushing sound of a waterfall, or the birds chirping in their nearby homes. This inspires my work that gives me a sense of calm and comfort in a busy chaotic world. My artwork is soft and soothing. Blues and greens are my staple colors since they are happy & appealing and can be used in many different shades. I had a moment in time when I had to pause to find me and my inner calm. I hope as you view my work and it draws you in you are also able to find your inner calm. MY MISSION Enhance other lives through color and spread joy. Sharing calm soothing art for your space that will make you feel complete and relaxed. We all have a inner calm and joy and through my art I hope to connect with you through that common ground. Changing seasons Painting

Autumn is a special moment in the year. I made this painting about dying birches in the forest in Norway. But it is of course my imagination. How imagination and reality relate to each other and where is the origin of human desire are questions that form the basis of my thinking. Desire is something like the far distance. The distance does not get closer. Every step to the horizon makes it move. The questions are never solved, remain unsolved and search expectantly for new content and a new form. Distance is that what is not here and not even there, unless it directs thoughts. That can be forwards and backwards. Horizon streches in all directions. Distance is, like desire, not accessible, but is basis and starting point, source or goal, from where today – here and now – gets colour and its ultimate form. This is the philosophy behind my work.

about the work Auke Mulder is born in 1946. He lives and works in Julianadorp, Netherlands and in Alvdal, Norway. His work can be described as lyrical abstract and abstract-expressionistic. Oil or acrylic on canvas and acrylic on paper. His work is not framed but is easy to hang on the wall. When paperwork’s are framed it is always without glass because of breaking during shipping. His concept can be described on the following way: “How imagination and reality relate to each other and where the origin of human desire can be found are questions that constitute my thinking. Longing is something like the Far. The Far will never be nearer. Every step to the horizon makes it move. The questions are never solved, remain open and search full of expectation for a new content and a new form. The Far is is not here neither there, unless it directs thoughts. That can be forwards but likewise backwards. Horizon extends in all directions. The Far is, like desire, not accesible, but is constituting- and starting point, is source or purpose, from which the present is coloured and gets its ultimate form. This is the philosophy that constitutes my work.” “During the process of painting things happen that are controlled, but not planned. This “organic painting process” is of fundamental importance. The reality it aims to depict is not visually framed in advance. This reality is rather undefined abstract and it is the human ability of imagination that forms an image from these abstract figures. My work consists of two parts: lyrical abstract and abstract expressionistic.” ” What motivates me to an abstract depiction of reality is the search for a visual language that allows me to show the authenticity and intensity of my perception.” “In the abstract depiction of reality, I look for the point of origin of the ultimate form, the essence of things as the germ where forming takes place , the point where form is still in its embryonic phase and the structure of emergence exists, but the ultimate form in familiar visuals remains open and receptive for a large number of opportunities. This authenticity and the possible developments that follow from this, are to me a representation of life itself and the processes that form it.” The dimensions of the acrylic paintings on paper are the dimensions of the paper. The painting itself is sometimes a little smaller.
