Notes:

  • Printed beads – Occasionally bead patterns to do not always line up exactly
  • Drill hole – Size can vary slightly from bead-to-bead and batch-to-batch. Also, especially on coated beads, the opening may be blocked with a thin film from processing. This can be corrected with any blunt tool by inserting the tool into the opening, then rotating the bead which will “clear-out” any remaining films blocking the opening.
  • Colors – Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor and your screen resolution as we have no control over calibration of displays.
  • Photos – Items are depicted as accurately as possible. However; we cannot control color resolution or calibration of each device. If you should have a question about a particular color or bead, please contact us first prior to your purchase.

Choking Hazard – Not recommend for children under the age of 3

Since we are U.S. based sellers and mainly know the imperial measurement system, whereas the rest of the world uses the metric system, we thought it might be helpful to provide a sizing chart.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with some fun crafts and activities! Make shamrocks, leprechauns, and other creative Irish themed projects to add some luck and color to the holiday. These ideas are great for both kids and adults.

Horseshoe Craft

Our new wooden horshoe plaques are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day because they respresent luck! Paint a fun design like this one using acrylic paint, then add a green ribbon and hang it as a decoration.

Leprechaun Mask

Lucas is showing off a leprechaun mask also made by Crafty Kate. Using simple animal masks, color the face lightly with acrylic paint. Then make the beard by pulling apart a large orange puff ball and gluing the pieces to the mask. Don’t forget the eyebrows! The hat can be made using green, black, and yellow construction paper. For a fun activity, have each person make and design their own leprechaun, then have a contest based on certain categories, such as Longest Beard, Most Creative Hat, and Funniest.

Luck of the Irish Keychain

Make keychains using star beads and any kind of green beads you’d like. We used these pony beads which you can get in individual colors with 2 options for green, or get a pack of assorted beads and use the green, yellow, and orange. Then use single letter beads to spell out your St. Patrick’s Day saying. We chose “Luck of the Irish”. This is a fun classroom activity idea, and the finished keychains can even be used for a special holiday fundraiser. We also love these metallic beads that look like gold, and this sea glass assorment can be a fun way to use different shades of green!

St. Patrick’s DaySensory Tubes

You can use sensory tubes to create several fun St. Patrick’s Day activities! Kids can have fun experimenting with different green and gold materials to create a new sensory effect. They provide both visual and auditory benefits. See the videos and learn how to make them here.

Wood Pendants

Our pack of 50 Wood Pendants is great for seasonal or holiday crafting. Chose from 4 different designs – full heart, two piece heart, oval, and round. We used the oval pendant to make a nice St. Patrick’s Day clover. The smooth wood is a great surface to personalize with a wide range of materials, acrylic paint, stain, markers, gems and more. Top-centered holes measure 3mm for easy stringing with cording or hanging with jump rings.

Wooden Shamrock

This is one of our favorite holiday craft ideas from our craft expert Crafty Kate. She used some of our leftover wooden hearts from Valentine’s Day and used them to make a 4 leaf clover! Use green stain to give it a realistic look. Then fit them together with tacky glue. Add a popsicle stick to the end for the stem. The finished clover can be used as a hanging decoration or a cup holder! You can also make smaller clovers using these wood pendants from the idea above!

Bead Craft

Use wooden beads to create a St. Patrick’s Day themed necklace! We painted a shamrock on the center bead using a small paintbrush, then used the colors of the Irish flag (green, white, and red) for each of the other beads. We also added gold for good luck, and as a reference to the pot of gold!

Rainbow Suncatcher with Pot of Gold
