Easy steps to draw a unicorn

You will need paper, pencil and eraser to follow these unicorn drawing steps.

Step 1

Step 1 - how to draw a unicorn easy - draw an oval with a line near the bottom of the oval that crosses the shape

Start with the unicorn body: draw an oval with a line near the bottom.

Step 2

Step 2 - how to draw a unicorn easy -draw a second oval on top of the first one with a flat bottom section

Draw another oval on top of the first one, but make it flatter on the bottom.

Step 3

Step 3 - how to draw a unicorn easy - add a pair of smaller ovals on each side of the flatted largest oval which will be the unicorn hooves

Add an oval to each side of the bottom – these will be our unicorn’s hooves!

Step 4

Step 4 - how to draw a unicorn easy - with your eraser delete the extra lines. Add two arched lines in the middle and again erase the extra lines

Erase extra lines and add two arched lines in the middle.

Step 5

Step 5- how to draw a unicorn easy - add two concentric triangles at each side of the unicorn

Add two triangles on each side of the head to make the ears.

Step 6

Step 6 - how to draw a unicorn easy - draw a horn in the middle between the unicorn ears and then add rotating lines and round the tip of the unicorn horn.

Draw the horn in the middle! Add lines across the horn to add texture.

Step 7

Step 7 - how to draw a unicorn easy - add unicorn details to your drawing for the eyes, mouth and cheeks and paws

Step 8

Step 8 - how to draw a unicorn easy - add more details to your unicorn - be creative!

Draw the hair between the ears by adding a mango-shaped circle, and erase extra lines. Add details like a smile, cute eyes, cheeks… Get creative!
