Begin by spraying abstract swatches of your base colors. They can be any colors you like! Normally we tell you to spray light coats, but this time, don’t be afraid to lay it on thick. You want enough paint on the canvas to be able to move and shift around.

Continue spraying pools of different colors over one another.

Add a bright contrasting color over the others in any shape you like.

Once you have enough layers of wet paint on the canvas, grab your blowdryer and start blowing the color around the canvas until you’re happy with how the colors have shifted.

For added interest, try using a palette knife to carve designs into the wet paint.
