Hey guys, this is video Peter Dranitsin will be showing us in this abstract painting called “Huddle” https://urartstudio.com/product/huddle/. How easy and fun it is to create abstract art with just a few simple tools and techniques. For this particular painting, he will be using an 18×24 inch, professionally stretched and double primed canvas.
Before he started painting, then he will cover the entire canvas with simply water, to make it easier for me to blend the colors on the canvas. Having your canvas moist with water helps to maintain the acrylic paint in workable conditions. The colors he chose for this painting are mars black, titanium white, cad yellow light hue, yellow oxide, ultramarine blue, purple oxide, cad red, bright orange, and red oxide.

The tools that you will need for this painting are pallet knife, a fine brush, a regular 2” brush, fan brush, round brush, grain tool, and sponge. We are now all set to start, so let’s get over here to the canvas and start having fun with this painting! We going to experiment with all of those interesting colors and create a painting that will make you feel good.
