Creative ideas for a fall-inspired painting party

I have painted Fall Bushel of Apples a couple of times. The first one was a tech nightmare! If it could go wrong, it did! I used watercolors like acrylics in the first lessons. If you haven’t tried watercolor I encourage you to give it a try. I love using watercolors!! For the second one, I used acrylics.     Buffalo Plaid Rustic Pumpkins

    I just LOVE anything pumpkin! If you are like me and adore all things pumpkin, this cute pumpkin-themed painting lesson is sure to bring a smile to your face! This one is called the Buffalo Plaid Rustic Pumpkins. This is the perfect time to share that painting on canvas is not your only option. I painted mine on a custom 18×18 pallet board made by my husband. If you need a lesson on building a pallet board, you can subscribe to a lesson on building a pallet board here. The wooden canvas adds a rustic touch to the artwork, in the tutorial, I’ll teach you how to create the same textured pumpkins on a regular canvas.
