We provide all the necessary art supplies, including paints, brushes and aprons. We also have DIY pottery packs you can use at home and ceramic pieces to paint with. Our spacious and bright studio is the perfect setting for art parties for kids, and we can accommodate up to 30 children.

Art with Jenny’s art & painting parties are such a fun and unique way to celebrate. We all make or paint the same thing, but you can choose your own colors and customize your art as you wish. Bring your friends or bring your wife/husband for a fun and unique date night out.
HOW IT WORKS
You dream up the theme and we will dream up the art project or painting we will make together. We walk the artists through the projects or paintings very easily, step-by-step, so it’s easy for everyone to follow and we are all going at the same pace. Everyone will make the same thing, but each artist can choose his/her colors and add their own elements! Each artist will leave the party with their art project or gorgeous 11 x 14 masterpiece on canvas!
ON THE PARTY DAY
We will come to your house or event location approximately 30-40 minutes early to set up. Once all your friends arrive, we will begin the painting lesson right away.
YOU PROVIDE:
- Table space for each artist. (Preferably all facing in the teachers direction. Long tables work the best!)
- A small, separate table for the art teacher to set up and teach from.
- Optional: Tablecloths to protect the table from spills, chairs for the painters to sit.
WE PROVIDE:
- (For art projects) – All art supplies needed
- (For paint parties) Table top easels, canvases and all paint supplies for painters.
- Art making entertainment that lasts approximately 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on what we are making.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN “ART PROJECT PARTY” AND A “PAINT PARTY”?
- For Art Project Parties, we will make an art project on high quality artist paper. It could be with markers, oil pastels, watercolors, collage, etc.
- For Paint Parties, we use easels, canvases and acrylic paint.
COST
- Our fabulous ART PROJECT PARTIES start at $350.00 for up to 10 participants. ($30 for each additional participant after 10 people.)
- Our fabulous PAINT PARTIES start at $450.00 for up to 10 painters. ($40 for each additional painter after 10 people.)
- *Please note that my pricing includes all of my time plus my costs such as art materials, canvases, high quality paints, etc. I accept CASHor CHECKS ONLY for birthday parties. Sorry, no credit cards taken.

A $100 deposit is required to guarantee a reservation & party date. Remaining balance due on party date. Cancellation of parties or special events must be made 48 hours prior to the day of the event. Parties with late cancellations will not be refunded $100 deposit.

Let us host your Casey Kids Parties at Paint a Pot
We cater to kids of all ages — big and small, young and old. Our on-site café allows the grown-ups and spectators to relax and enjoy a coffee while the kids paint away choosing from our wide range of pottery! And after they have explored their creativity, they can run off their energy in our Soft Play area — just remember to bring socks!
At the end of the party, your guests can take their piece home straight away or leave it overnight to be fired for collection the next day. Kids love the creativity and fun of our unique Paint a Pot parties.

What age is best for painting parties for kids?
Painting parties for kids are great for all ages. Generally, children aged five and above enjoy and engage more in painting activities, but younger children can also have fun with simple painting projects their parents can assist with. So, you can choose the appropriate age group based on the child’s interests and friends.
How many kids are allowed for kids painting parties?
At Paint a Pot, we offer kids’ party packages for up to 30 kids. You can choose the party package that best suits your child or how many people you will be hosting for.
When should I book a kids’ painting party package?
We don’t allow walk-ins for our birthday parties, so it’s best to book your kid’s party package in advance, ideally 2–3 weeks before the desired date — you can call us to confirm availability before booking.
Do you offer food or snacks as well for kids’ painting parties?
Yes, we offer food and snacks as part of our kids’ party packages, such as biscuits, fruits, chips, muffins and a choice of warm food items including pies, sausage rolls, chicken tenders and frankfurts. If there are dietary requests, please let us know ahead of time.
How are the guests welcomed at your kids’ painting parties?
When the invited guests arrive, they will be led by an instructor/host to a wide variety of ceramics they can choose from. The instructor will explain how the paint works, provide tips and assist with their painting. Once they’ve completed painting, they will get to keep their item. You can also gift them some art kits from our shop.
