« Every brushstroke, and drop of paint, is an expression of emotion. And it’s this energy in these paintings, that I share with you. »

Deb Breton is an abstract expressionist artist working in Sonoma County, California. She creates vibrant, effusive paintings using acrylic, oil, spray paint, and collage. Her abstract style leans into paint drips, graffiti, and mark making combined to evoke the viewer’s imagination. Breton’s painting can be found in collections from the US to Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, France, Ireland and more. Notable clients include Warner Bros Studios, Dali Museum and Nestle. As an organic fruit and vegetable gardener, animal lover, nature lover, cancer survivor and meditation enthusiast, she brings a lot of passion, love, and zest for life to the canvas.

PEACEFUL POND – UNDERBERG

About “Peaceful Pond – Underberg”

This is my way of painting the way I see the Drakensberg mountains. The cools of the purples and blues contrasting with the warmth of the yellows, oranges and browns. I had such fun doing this painting.

Nick Stobart was born in Zimbabwe and finished all of his schooling there. He trained as a teacher, and then taught for many years before becoming a headmaster. He left teaching to go farming, and remained farming until his farm was taken by the Zimbabwean Government in 2002.

Nick and his wife Laura then moved to the South Coast of South Africa where they both taught at Creston College.

Nick has always painted, but turned professional after a series of painting lessons and strong encouragement from the world[0x1]s third most highly rated wildlife artist Craig Bone.

Nick[0x1]s main love is watercolors, but he does do paintings in oils and acrylics. His paintings are widely sold in Australia and New Zealand.

Nick currently teaches watercolours, oils & acrylics from his art shop in Port Shepstone, where he also sells art supplies.
