Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The shipping address is the address you entered in the checkout form; it is possible to change the pick-up location to a local store nearby in case you are not at home at the time of delivery.

Shipping + Returns
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders in the US.
Unframed prints and canvases will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Framed prints and canvases will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. For additional information on production times, please check out this page.
Art prints up to 8×10” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints 11×14” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. Stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a corrugated box before shipping. Framed prints and canvases are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap before boxed. We offer returns on unframed prints and canvas for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Please see our return and exchange policy here for more details. Framed prints, framed canvases, and original paintings are not eligible for return.
