Apple Print Pumpkin Bag
Make your own Halloween themed tote bag by turning apple prints into pumpkins. This would make a perfect bag to take trick or treating!

How to Make
- Put a few sheets of paper inside the bag, this is to prevent the paint soaking through to the other side.
- Get an adult to cut an apple in half. Then use some kitchen towel to soak up all of the moisture in the apple half.
- Use a paintbrush to add a thick coat of paint to the half of the apple, then press it down onto the top left hand corner of the bag. Lift the apple away to reveal the apple print.
- Repeat step 3 until you have covered the bag in apple prints. Leave to dry.
- Once the paint is fully dry, use a black deco pen to draw the pumpkin faces onto the apple prints.
- Use a green deco pen to draw the stalks onto the pumpkins.
Top Tip
The bags can get creased in the packaging so get an adult to iron them before adding your design.

What you’ll do
Get creative and come away with your own DIY Halloween decorations that are sure to add a personal touch to your haunted home this year.
You will paint three different-sized pumpkins with the guidance of a friendly, local artist from Prime Pass. These hand-painted pumpkins are perfect autumn decor and are made out of foam so you can bring them out year after year.
All the materials are provided, from the pumpkins you will learn how to paint to aprons, brushes, and more. A bar will be open on the night for you to purchase your own drinks, and there will be some music for you to groove to as you explore the colourful world of paints. So, whether alone or with friends, you can have a great time and even stick around after the class for some more fun and drinks.
If you decide to come dressed up for Halloween, the best outfit will get a free ticket to a future paint and sip event! So bring your best ghoulish look.
