I am a good guy AND they say I’m a funny guy. After graduating Dulaney Sr. High School in 1983, I went to the Broadcasting Institute of Md. I was lucky to land an internship at WFBR Radio in Baltimore. That’s when they carried the Baltimore O’s and had Johnny Walker on the air. From there landed an internship at WIYY-FM, 98 Rock Radio. I finally landed a job as Asst. Promotions Director and began 98 Rock’s 1st Internship program, which is still active today! I worked at several other radio stations in sales then I worked at a modeling agency. After about 2 months at the modeling agency. or so they called themselves. I realized they were scamming people. After having several attempts to try to have them stop all the BS failed. – I started my own agency, Stu’s Casting, Inc. and the Talent Factory. Soon I became the largest non-union agency in the Baltimore, D.C. and the N. Virginia areas. After a decade plus a few months. I decided to take my $300.00, 3 hour “Business of Acting & Modeling” workshop. and put all of that information PLUS MORE in a $20.00 book. The book was endorsed by Morgan Creek Productions and sold out several times. Over 10 years later, I decided to re-write the book.
