Sometimes the idea of the picture comes to me during meditation or in my dreams. I like free abstraction art, without thoughts, in deep harmony and peace of mind, after my meditation, body&mind practice or walk in the forest near my house.
I like to paint in different techniques of abstract acrylic painting, use texture paste, pastel, gilding, fluid art, experiment with shapes, colors and strokes. I also draw in the Zentangle technique.
I am inspired by the trends of modern painting, design, beautiful places of our planet, spiritual experience, my family and life itself.
I’m also a physiologist, mindfulness trainer and dancer. I’m interested in esoteric and sacred geometry. These trends are reflected in my artwork.
